The "Tourist's Dinner" returns, now in its seventh edition, born with the idea of symbolically thanking the tourists who choose to visit this splendid Salento location. Drawn by lot, 25 couples of tourists who are guests of the town's many accommodation facilities participate in an exquisite dinner in the square of the Falconibus castle, during which they will be served by the organizers of the event, namely the Pulsano D'amare Association and the Municipal Administration, together with the Mayor. The table is set with typical dishes of the local culinary tradition, accompanied by good wine produced by local wineries accompanied by musical entertainment that makes everyone dance in the moonlight to the notes of the timeless pizzica.
